Feed your crew from the 6:45 AM scramble to the 9 PM practice pickup, without the drive-thru, cereal for dinner, or a kid who won't touch it.

Breakfasts, practice-night dinners and car snacks. Picky eater approved. Instant download, opens right on your phone.

Sound familiar?

  • It's 6:45 AM, practice is at 8, and nobody has eaten. Again.
  • It's 4:00, you have to be across town, and you planned exactly nothing.
  • Cereal for dinner. Or the drive-thru. Every night this week.
  • The car is your kitchen and the snack bag is three granola bars and a mystery juice box.
  • One kid eats everything and one kid eats three beige foods.
  • A second dinner at 9 PM because practice ran late and they're starving.

Hey, I'm Monica. Five kids. One's off at college, and the other four all play sports, most of them two or three at the same time. Right now our calendar has football, basketball and soccer on it, all in one season. Almost every week there's a game or practice every single night, and a lot of nights we're double booked, sometimes triple. My husband and I divide and conquer, I run my business from my phone, and I still used to start the morning with no breakfast plan and hit 4:00 with a car full of hungry kids.

It wasn't that I didn't know how to cook. Every "meal plan" I tried was built for a family that's home at 6. So I wrote down what actually works in our house, from the morning rush to the nights we walk in the door at 9.

Everything you get

  • Practice morning protein: my protein breakfast biscuits (yes, the ones from the video) plus egg bites, freezer burritos, pancake muffins and overnight oats. Make them Sunday, grab them all week.
  • The Sports Night Formula: the simple way I build any plate, so you're never starting from zero
  • 16 meals, start to finish: crockpot, sheet pan and grab-and-go
  • What to feed them and when: before practice, after the game, and the late-night "I'm starving" stop
  • A real 7-day practice week: already planned, just copy it
  • Car snacks that actually survive: what lives in my car and why
  • The drive-thru backup plan: for the nights it just isn't happening, with zero guilt

Questions

My kid is SO picky. Mine too. Every meal has a base everybody eats, and they build their own.

I'm not a cook. Good, neither is my Tuesday. If you can brown meat and push a crockpot button, you're set.

We're out the door before 7. That's what the breakfasts are for. Batch them once, and the morning is grab and go.

How do I get it? Instant download. It opens right on your phone, so you can pull it up in the grocery store parking lot.

Mom eats too?

You're feeding everybody else, so here's the one for you. The 30+30 Midlife Method is how I build my own plate around 30 grams of protein and 30 grams of fiber, so I'm not running on coffee and crumbs.

  • Make it to lunch without the 10 AM snack attack. No cutting carbs, no counting every bite.
  • No sad salad for you while they eat dinner. It's your family's food, built to keep you full.
  • 10 breakfasts + 10 lunches that hit 30+ grams of protein, plus the 30+30 Plate and cheat sheets so you're never guessing.

You're going to feed them either way. Might as well have a plan.
